We believe in a personalized approach from the very beginning. Our process is designed to ensure we're the perfect fit for your health needs before you commit.
Book Your Complimentary Consultation: The first step is to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with Dr. Oyewole. This is a chance for you to ask questions and for us to understand your health goals.

Weight Loss Management Program
-
GLP-1 medications (like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide) work by mimicking a natural hormone that regulates appetite and blood sugar. Their primary functions are to:
Suppress appetite, making you feel full longer.
Regulate blood sugar, which helps prevent cravings.
Slow down digestion, giving you more control over hunger.
This makes it easier for your body to manage weight and stay on track with your health goals.
-
The total cost is a combination of two parts:
Your monthly DPC membership fee of $150, which covers all your unlimited care, consultations, and direct access to the doctor.
The cost of the medication, which is separate. Semaglutide starts at $150 per vial, which typically lasts 4-6 weeks at the starting dose.
-
Yes, we serve patients throughout the entire state of Texas. Through our telemedicine platform, we offer virtual consultations, follow-ups, and weight loss check-ins, allowing you to receive care from the comfort of your home, whether you live in Dallas, Austin, or a more rural area.
-
No, you are not locked into a long-term commitment and can cancel your membership at any time. While we recommend a minimum of 3 months to see the most meaningful results, you are always in control of your membership.
Insurance & Billing
-
No, Lily Primary Care operates on a direct-care model and does not bill or submit claims to insurance companies. This allows us to eliminate administrative hassle and focus entirely on patient care, offering a simple, flat monthly fee for all our services.
-
Yes, you can absolutely use your insurance to cover the cost of GLP-1 medications prescribed through our program. If your insurance covers it, you would only be responsible for your monthly $150 membership fee. Our team will also assist with any prior authorizations required by your insurance plan.
-
Yes, you can typically use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) funds to pay for your membership and other services at Lily Primary Care. We recommend confirming coverage specifics with your HSA/FSA provider or employer.
-
